Dalle verifiche effettuate dall’Ufficio Assegnazioni è emerso che alcune richieste di benefici per gli A.A. 2020/2021 e 2021/2022 attualmente non dispongono del codice IBAN. Invitiamo pertanto tutti gli studenti/studentesse a regolarizzare quanto descritto quanto prima, utilizzando l’apposita procedura disponibile nella sezione “Richieste” del portale studenti dell’ERSU. Il mancato inserimento del codice IBAN comporterà l’impossibilità di effettuare il pagamento della quota monetaria della borsa di studio, nonché il potenziale rischio di estinzione delle somme stanziate, indipendentemente dalla volontà dell’Ente. Trascorsi inutilmente dieci giorni dalla data del presente avviso, di conseguenza si avvierà il procedimento di revoca del beneficio.

Qualora si riscontrassero problemi di carattere tecnico, l’ERSU potrà essere contattato attraverso i seguenti canali:

• Servizio di supporto tecnico;
• Inviare una mail esclusivamente all’indirizzo mail “uo1@ersucatania.it”, riportando i dati anagrafici completi ed il codice identificativo web della richiesta benefici.
• Telefonare ai numeri 095/7517932, 095/7517935, 0957517965 da lunedì a venerdì, dalle ore 8:00 alle ore 9:00 e dalle ore 13:00 alle ore 14:00;

Per motivi organizzativi non saranno evase richieste di assistenza inviate presso indirizzi di posta elettronica o effettuate a numeri telefonici dell’Ente diversi da quelli indicati.

From the checks carried out by the Assignments Office it emerged that some requests for benefits for the academic year 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 currently do not have the IBAN code. We therefore invite all students to regularize what is described as soon as possible, using the appropriate procedure available in the “Requests” section of the ERSU student portal. Failure to enter the IBAN code will make it impossible to pay the monetary portion of the scholarship, as well as the potential risk of extinction of the sums allocated, regardless of the organisation’s wil.  If ten days have passed in vain from the date of this communication, the procedure for revoking the benefit will be started accordingly. 

If technical problems are encountered, ERSU can be contacted through the following channels:

• Technical support service.
• Call the numbers 095/7517932, 095/7517935, 0957517965 from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 9:00 and from 13:00 to 14:00;
• Send an email exclusively to the email address “uo1@ersucatania.it, reporting your complete personal data, the web identification code of the benefit request.

For organizational reasons, requests for assistance sent to email addresses or made to telephone numbers of the Organization other than those indicated will not be processed.
