Il Bando di concorso per l’assegnazione di borse di studio, altri contributi economici e servizi per il diritto allo studio universitario per l’A.A. 2023/2024 prevede al punto 15 dell’art. 10 “Motivi di esclusione”, l’esclusione dai benefici per gli studenti che “non hanno dichiarato il proprio codice IBAN entro i dodici mesi successivi alla data di chiusura prevista per la partecipazione al presente Bando”. Dalle verifiche effettuate dall’Ufficio Assegnazione, in alcune richieste di benefici attualmente sul portale non risulta dichiarato il codice IBAN.
Per gli studenti dell’a.a. 2023/2024, essendo già trascorso il suddetto termine (10 agosto 2024), si invita a regolarizzare quanto descritto utilizzando l’apposita procedura disponibile all’interno della sezione “Richieste” del portale studenti ERSU entro e non oltre 15 giorni dal presente Avviso. Trascorso l’ulteriore termine indicato la richiesta di benefici sarà esclusa d’Ufficio.
Qualora si riscontrassero problemi di carattere tecnico nel caricamento dell’IBAN, potranno contattare l’ERSU attraverso il Servizio di supporto tecnico disponibile attraverso il portale studenti ERSU.
Nel caso di persistenza della problematica, quale interruzione dei termini sopra indicati gli interessati potranno inviare una mail esclusivamente all’indirizzo mail “uo1@ersucatania.it, riportando i dati anagrafici completi ed il codice identificativo web della richiesta benefici. Per motivi organizzativi non saranno evase richieste di assistenza inviate presso altri indirizzi di posta elettronica o effettuate ai numeri telefonici dell’Ente.
The competition notice for assignment of scholarships, other economic contributions and services for the right to university education for the academic year 2023/2024 provide in point 15 of the art. 10 “Reasons for exclusion”, exclusion from benefits for students who “have not declared their IBAN code within the twelve months following the closing date set for participation in this Notice”. From the checks carried out by the Assignment Office, the IBAN code is not declared in some requests for benefits currently present on the portal.
For students of the academic year 2023/2024, as the aforementioned deadline has already passed (10 August 2024), you are invited to regularize what is described using the specific procedure available in the “Requests” section of the ERSU student portal no later than 15 days from this Notice. After the further deadline indicated, the request for benefits will be automatically excluded.
If they encounter technical problems in loading the IBAN they can contact ERSU through the technical support service available through the ERSU student portal.
In the event of persistence of the problem, such as interruption of the terms indicated above, interested parties may send an email exclusively to the email address “uo1@ersucatania.it, reporting the complete personal data and the web identification code of the benefit request. For organizational reasons, requests for assistance sent to other e-mail addresses or made to the organization’s telephone numbers will not be processed.
